🚀 Our guest is more than a blank filler. He's worked with Elton and also with Bernie Taupin on his first spoken album, with Plastic Penny, and Hookfoot. He confesses that when he recorded one Hookfoot track – a cover of Rolling Stones’ folk song Gimme Shelter – he missed the first note from Caleb Quaye, and he reveals what Elton was like before he was famous. Terry Carty added "more audience" to Elton's first-ever live album 17-11-70.
