Any promotional rates only apply to the first 12 months of service and are only valid during the specified period of being advertised. Standard rates are otherwise in force as advertised on the site RadioEltonJohn.World and apply upon renewal. For clarity, PayPal provides transaction services, subscription rates are determined by RadioEltonJohn.World.

12. Website outages. The site will endeavour to minimise outages. If a scheduled outage is required for essential maintenance, RadioEltonJohn.World will endeavour to provide at least 24 hours’ notice with a banner announcement on the website home page and seek to restore service within 48 hours of service being control deactivated. In the event of an unexpected outage, the site will endeavour to restore service within 72 hours of the outage being identified. Should outage extend beyond 72 hours, RadioEltonJohn.World will contact subscribers via a special email newsletter notice from eltonjohn.world to explain the situation and what remedial action RadioEltonJohn.World will take.
