Terms and Conditions for subscribers to REJ.World
Welcome to REJ.World. By subscribing to our podcast streaming, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Description: REJ.World provides subscribers with access to a library of podcasts for streaming.
2. Subscription: By subscribing to REJ.World, you agree to pay the subscription fee as outlined on our website. “Platinum” subscription is monthly recurring fee. The subscription fee may be subject to change with notice provided to REJ.World Platinum subscribers. Any promotional rates only apply to the first 12 months of service and are only valid during the specified period of being advertised. Standard rates are otherwise in force as advertised on the site REJ.World and apply upon renewal. For clarity, PayPal provides transaction services, subscription rates are determined by REJ.World. Platinum subscribers can earn a free gift after two years’ continuous, uninterrupted subscription. Promotion commences December 2025, which means that first gifts ship in December 2027. If Platinum subscription begins later, for illustration purposes in March 2026, the first gift will ship in December 2028. To qualify for December 2027 gift release, continuous subscription must commence no later than 31 January 2026. Gift is selected by REJ.World and no alternative gift is offered. No cash alternative is offered.
3. Use of Content: Subscribers may stream podcasts for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or sharing of content is strictly prohibited by law.
4. Copyright: All content available on REJ.World is protected by copyright laws. Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, resell or create derivative or adulterated works based on the content without written and expressed permission from REJ.World.
5. Privacy: REJ.World collects and processes only the minimum personal data necessary to provide service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6. Cancellation: REJ.World subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by visiting the “Account” section on our website and following the instructions provided. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Refunds: As soon as you have paid for a stream service from REJ.World, the fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability: REJ.World is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the service.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms: REJ.World reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes.
11. Fees: REJ.World receives your payment via PayPal. Depending on your local currency and the country in which you bank, PayPal may charge a handling or currency conversion fee. REJ.World is not liable or responsible for any such fees and does not benefit from any such fees. REJ.World is unable to intervene in any dispute with PayPal should it arise. In the event any such fee is deducted and disputed by the subscriber, we recommend you raise a dispute directly with PayPal or through your bank with PayPal.
12. Website outages. The site will endeavour to minimise outages. If a scheduled outage is required for essential maintenance, REJ.World will endeavour to provide at least 24 hours’ notice with a banner announcement on the website home page and seek to restore service within 48 hours of service being control deactivated. In the event of an unexpected outage, the site will endeavour to restore service within 72 hours of the outage being identified. Should outage extend beyond 72 hours, REJ.World will contact subscribers via a special email newsletter notice from eltonjohn.world to explain the situation and what remedial action REJ.World will take.
